  • Bornsun Antioxidant Q2

    BORNSUN Antioxidant Q2 takes the fat and fat-soluble vitamins in the feed as the research object, and uses EQ(Ethoxyquinoline) and BHT(Butylated hydroxytoluene) as the main components, which are compounded with synergists and chelating agents.Various components have a synergistic effect. The synergist can reduce the oxidized antioxidant, so that the antioxidant can restore its antioxidant function. The chelating agent has a strong chelating effect with metal elements, which can effectively prevent the catalytic oxidation of metal elements, enhance the antioxidant effect.

1.Formulation advantage

The ratio of EQ and BHT is reasonable to synergistically enhance the antioxidant effect. The antioxidant effect of the composite antioxidant product is twice that of a single antioxidant.

2.Process advantage

The special emulsification processing technology makes the distribution of antioxidant raw materials more uniform, and at the same time achieves synergistic optimization between antioxidant raw materials, quickly and effectively protects oil and fat-soluble vitamins in feed.

3.Synergistic, long-lasting antioxidant

The synergist can reduce the oxidized antioxidant, so that the antioxidant can restore the antioxidant function, thereby significantly improving the antioxidant capacity, while the chelating agent chelates with the metal ion, inhibiting the metal ion catalyzing the oxidation of oils and fat-soluble vitamins.

4.Detection advantage

Method detection using liquid chromatography (HPLC) with high data accuracy.

BORNSUN Bioengineering Co.,LTD took high-fat feed as the research and development object, and studied the effect of different antioxidant raw materials on oil oxidation in a 50℃ oven at the same added cost. The experimental results show that the effect of BHT in the antioxidant raw material is the best under the same added cost.

Note:
1.When the air humidity is greater than 70% and the temperature is higher than 28°C, the addition amount increases by 20% for
   every 3°C increase in temperature.
2.When the feed storage time is more than 30 days, the dosage is increased by 50%.When the amount of oil added in the feed.
3.When the amount of oil added in the feed exceeds 4%, the amount of product used needs to be increased by 30% for every 1%
   increase in oil and fat.
