Quality Control

     The stability of product quality is our company’s top principle, we promise to provide our customers with stable, good quality and safe product. Our company is certified by ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO22000 Food Safety Management System. All the quality safety related documents are prepared, managed and implemented as per these requirements.

     There are 6 people in Quality Control Department, one of which with master degree and 5 with bachelor degree. Their majors range from animal nutrition, microbiology, and applied chemistry to food engineering. Different inspection will be assigned to them based on their specialized background and ability. Our QC department is well equipped with advanced instrument such as high performance liquid chromatographic instrument, Carle Fisher moisture analyzer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, rapid moisture analyzer, microscope, biochemical incubator, which make sure the accurate and high efficient inspection.

     QC controls three critical points in the whole process: raw material, production process and quality of finished product. On the side of raw materials, we have made strict raw material purchasing and acceptance standards; parameters like physiochemical characteristics, content and application effect will be inspected for every type and batch of raw materials; the content of each variety and batch of raw material must be qualified (this is the most basic requirement), the consistence of application effect of each batch of raw material is mostly emphasized, and this is the top standard of raw materials. On-the-spot management, QC will strictly supervise that if workers are operating sticking to “Products Production Process Operating Rules” and “Instructions for Staffs in Different Positions in Workshop”, this can well avoid errors in product quality from the beginning. In terms of the finished products’ quality, we have strict compliance with the quality standard, any finished product which has a shred of difference will be resolutely assessed as unqualified product to ensure the stable and qualified products for our customers.
