1. Material and method
1.1 date and place
The experiment was done in breeders’ farm of Shandong Huayu group by Animal Technology College of Shandong Agricultural University from 1st Feb to 2nd April, 2012.

Antibacterial Peptide 40000IU/g
1.3 Test design
Select 1500 one day old AA broilers; randomly divide them into three groups, and one group consists of 5 repetitions, one repetition consists of 100 broilers. This test experiences two stages: broiler starter stage (0-3 weeks) and broiler finisher stage (3-6 weeks). The feeds used in control group is basic ration, the basic ration of experimental group I was added colistin sulfate 20 mg/kg, the basic ration of experimental group II was added Antibacterial Peptide 50mg/kg.
